All applicants must be at least 17 years old, show evidence of high school graduation or GED, and exhibit a serious attitude toward training in the career area offered by this institution. No qualified applicant will be refused based on race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or ancestry, genetic information, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, or status as a veteran or any other characteristic protected by law. Prospective students are invited to attend admission/financial aid open houses, which are held periodically. Prospective students should call the college to make an appointment with the admissions office.
Admissions Process
- Complete the online Enrollment Application form. Please note that all programs use the same Enrollment Application form. Click here to apply online.
- Pay the $50 registration fee. This can be done directly in the online Enrollment Application. The fee may also be paid by cash or check by contacting the Admissions team at info@ccr.edu or 866-294-3974.
A full refund will be made to any student who cancels their application for enrollment within six business days after the application is signed by the applicant. After expiration of the six business day’s cancellation privilege, the school will retain the $50 registration fee. The registration fee will be returned if the program is cancelled by CCR.
- Depending upon your program enrollment, you must complete one of the following Admissions Surveys, which will be included in your CCR academic file. These surveys allow CCR administrators to assess whether additional instruction is needed in technology, English, or phonics. Additionally, English language proficiency will be verified in a separate assessment for applicants whose native language is not English and who have not earned a degree from an appropriately accredited institution where English is the principal language of instruction. These separate verification procedures align with CCR’s accreditor’s guidance on English Language Proficiency Assessment.

- Complete the Enrollment Contract. Please note that each program has its own contract. The contracts are fillable forms using Adobe Acrobat from www.adobe.com. Or, you can complete them online:
- Interested in enrolling and in need of academic adjustments, special accommodations, or auxiliary support or aids? Please notify the Director of Admissions by submitting this form at the time of admittance.
Please Note:
- CCR does not require other college admissions tests (e.g., SAT, ACT, etc.)
- The enrollment deadline is approximately three weeks before each semester start date. CCR may use discretion and extend this deadline as needed.
- Students are notified of their admission acceptance or denial through email.
