CRDE 2415 - Introduction to Baking Quarter Credit Hour(s): 4
Prerequisite(s): None
This course will serve as an introduction to baking. Fundamental skills necessary for the production of savory and sweet items will be covered. Classes will include yeast products, basic dough production for cookies and pies, cake making and finishing, custards, glazes, and fillings.
