DADE 1512 - Dental Assisting Overview

Law and Ethics and an overview of the dental practice setting are studied. Student will learn the basic body systems; study the bones of the skull, face, and mandible; histology and embryology of the face, nose, tongue, palate, and teeth; landmarks of the oral cavity, salivary glands, paranasal sinuses, and muscles of the face; odontology; dental anomalies.
