ELDE 2320 - Industrial Electrical Applications I-ladder Logic

Prerequisite(s): ELDE 2120 or OSHA 10-hour certification

This course introduces the student to the fundamentals of industrial electronics. Beginning with a discussion of sources, loads and switching, the course quickly progresses into ladder logic, sequential operations, timers and timing circuits, timing diagrams, sensors and transducers, and contactors. Upon completion, the student will be able to construct, teat, troubleshoot and explain the function of commonly used ladder circuits.
